ADSS Accessories
Erection and installation of ADSS (All-Dielectric Self Supporting) cable on poles and towers requires special accessories and fixtures manufactured to stringent specifications.
Design and construction of the Manifold’s ADSS accessories are inherently robust and rigid and meets various international specifications. These accessories are available in various designs to meet requirement of varying Pole/Tower spans and different types of Poles/Tower members.
Dead End & Termination Fittings
Product Overview
Dead End & Termination Fittings are designed for dead-ending aerial ADSS cables on access networks & are installed on the Tension or Terminating poles where splices are located or at the poles where the overhead alignment takes a turn of angle exceeding more than 15°. Span length between Tension poles does not exceed more than 75m. These fittings relieve the optical fiber cable of its compressive, bending & clamping stresses.
Applications
These are used as cable dead-end at tension poles where splices are located and at poles where the overhead alignment takes a turn angle exceedingly 15°. Suitable for cables with 8-18 mm diameter where tensile strength is more than 10 kN.
Suspension Fitting Assembly
Product Overview
Suspension Fitting Assembly shall be used for holding the aerial Optical Fiber Cable against the dynamic stress of Aeolian vibration at the suspension points. These types of fittings shall be installed at all the intermediate poles between tension poles. This type of fitting also reduces static stresses at the support point.
Applications
Suspension Fitting Assembly will be used for holding aerial ADSS cable at all intermediate poles between tension poles. Suitable for cables with 8-18 mm diameter where tensile strength is less than 10 kN.
Demountable Pulleys
Product Overview
Demountable Pulleys are used during the installation of Aerial Optical Fiber Cables. These are made from Mild Steel & the contour of the wheel is coated with rubber or any other suitable material for free movement of the Aerial Optical Fiber Cable.
Applications
Use for free movement & installation of the Aerial Optical Fiber Cable from the
cable drum.

Fiber optic adapters (also known as Fiber couplers, Fiber Adapter) are designed to connect two optical cables together. They have a single fiber connector (simplex), dual fiber connector (duplex) or sometimes four fiber connector (quad) versions. The optical fiber adapter can be inserted into different types of optical connectors at both ends of the optical fiber adapter to realize the conversion between different interfaces such as FC, SC, ST, LC, MTRJ, MPO and E2000, and is widely used in optical fiber distribution frames (ODFs) Instruments, providing superior, stable and reliable performance.
Features
The optical fibers are connected by an adapter through its internal open bushing to ensure the maximum connection between the optical connectors. In order to be fixed in a variety of panels, the industry also designed a variety of finely fixed flange.
Transformable optical adapters are available with fiber optic connectors of different interface types on both ends and provide a connection between APC faceplates. Duplex or multi-adapter adapts to increase installation density and save space.
